If you are a male or and non-binary person, paid a full price entrance fee and/or were patted down by security for Ladies’ Night Event(s), at the Omnia Nightclub in San Diego from April 6, 2017, until May 2, 2025, then you may be eligible to receive a Class Member Payment for up to $4000. To receive benefits you must complete a claim form.

To start your online claim, you can find your Notice ID & PIN printed on the Notice that was sent to you. If you are unable to locate your ID & PIN, please contact the Claims Administrator at info@OmniaSanDiegoSettlement.com or (833) 360- 6836. Please request your Notice ID & PIN by providing the Class Member’s full name and mailing address.
